All of our rack panels are made out of 3/4" Birch Ply and core lumber. There is no MDF in our Custom racks. All racks come with rubber feet on the bottom and all racks come completely assembled. Each rack has all steel hardware.
The top strap handle option is recommended for smaller 2 and 4 space racks while the side handles are recommended for the 6, 8 and 10 space racks and the dual side handles are recommended for the 12 and 18 space racks.
The side handles are dual plate heavy duty spring handles with a life time warranty. The No handles option is excellent for permanent studio or club installations where you don't want the ugly old black industrial looking gear.
These racks are studio or medium duty racks and do not come with fronts or backs. All of our rack rails are industrial 1/8" thick heavy duty steel rail with tapped 10/32" holes. Black powder coat finish. Standard rack 1/2" and 1-1/4" o.c. alignment.
Our 2" swivel casters can withstand 80 pounds per caster and these are not removable, when swivel casters are chosen rubber feet are not installed.
All racks are 16 inches deep 20 and 5/8" wide and each rack space is 1 and 3/4" so to figure height, Multiply your rack spaces by 1.75 take your answer and add 1.5" for the top and bottom thickness plus your rubber feet and you will have the rack height.
