EARCANDY™ Brand Guitar Cabinets purchased In the USA are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the full period of ownership to the original purchaser. In the event of such defect, the product will be repaired promptly without charge or AT OUR OPTION replaced with a product of equal or superior value. The Original Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs both ways. We will pack it back in the same shipping carton we receive it in and ship it back to you. Prior approval by EARCANDY ™ is required for return. This warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage or failure to use product in accordance with instructions and is also void in the event of unauthorized repair or modifications. If it is damaged during shipping we will do a shipping claim immediately.
Your cab is built by hand with great care. You will not need this warranty but we post it here so everyone has it whenever they need to read it. Above you will find a list of warranty items, If you need these items due to warranty issues, please submit an claim for them (notice they are all free of charge) we will review the order along with your original order and contact you as soon as possible.
All speakers loaded in cabs are tested
before shipping. We do understand that things can go defective from time to time during the break in process. Any defects in any speakers must be reported with in 10 days of receiving the cab. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from if a problem is reported after the 10 day period. EarCandy can not and will not send out "Loaner" speakers or a replacement speaker without receiving the defective speaker first.
EARCANDY™ does not sell tolex by the yard or foot, parts, grill cloth by the yard or foot, wiring, jacks, inputs or any of the above mentioned pieces. We also do not disclose our sources for our parts, tolex, glue etc. etc. We make many of our parts here by hand and that's how we know it is the best.
EARCANDY™ does NOT allow for pick-ups we are a manufacturing facility only and we do not have a retail area. ALL items must be shipped. PLEASE no stopping by.
