PRICE INCLUDES SPEAKERS! The BassBomb™ is 28" wide 16" deep and 18" tall. It weighs 55 pounds and comes with speakers. The BassBomb 2x12 is capable of 900 watts of pure natural bass. These are completey hand made to order for you, please inquire about wait time.
All EarCandy Bass Cabs come with Neutrik Speakon 1/4" combo inputs. So if you choose a Single input your Bass cabinet will be able to use standard 1/4" speaker cable or 2 and 4 pole speakon cable. If you choose In w/parallel out your will be able to use a speakon cable for the input or parallel output and the same goes for the 1/4" cable, it can be used in the input or the output. The center of the Neutrik jack accepts the 1/4" cable. This means as long as your ohm load matches, you can use your EarCandy Bass cab with just about any bass amp in the world.
We do not use tweeters or horns in our bass cabinets. We tune and port our cabs to the proper response and speaker requirements. They are tuned wide open so they have the ability to adapt to anything from 5 string active bass to amplified acoustic upright and anything in between. Our bass cabs do not sound clicky or poppy and plastic. EarCandy's bass cabinets sound thick, warm and full with natural compression and sustain. They encompass what fundamental bass sound should be: 45Hz - 5,500KHz.
For years, bass players have been frustrated with the limitations of 10", 15" and 18" speakers, so they've used every combination in an effort to find that illusive "perfect sound". The BassBomb 2x12 gives you everything you ever wanted and needed in one small, neat, powerful package.
At a time when cartage costs and time have become more important to us, the use of the old, bigger and inefficient cabinets is no longer desirable. The BassBomb gives you ALL the sound, takes less space on stage, is easier to lift and actually has BETTER tone than the old designs.
The BassBomb's lows are deep. 5 string players will love it! The bottom is fat and warm, yet tight and musically full and clear. The mids are right at your fingertips. They are very easy to dial in or out, up or down for a very fast, liquid Eq and GREAT tone. The top end, or highs, are full and present, rich and round.....not thin and hollow. They are very strong, defined and punchy with a warm, articulate bite.
Unbelievable fundamental solid walls of bass tones will be generously emitted even at lower wattage and volume levels. This Bass cab will come into any room and self adjust with minimal Eq time and will fill the room with chest thumping bass like you have never heard.
EarCandy uses a proprietary blend of Tone woods in our Bass cabs. One of them is Pine and the other is Birch and some Mahogany.
