We are a Licensed and Insured E-Merchant registered with 128 bit encryption for our credit card system. We are also a Verified premium business member of PayPal.
We custom build your cab to order by hand with great care. These cabs are completey hand made to order for you, please inquire about wait time. We thrive on the aspect of building you a cabinet to your specs, but please note that order changes can and WILL severely set back your shipping time. Orders placed, then changed, then canceled will be billed a 25% restock fee for all the materials wasted.
Payment in full is necessary to start your cab build and reserve your cabs ingredients
All cab orders are Non cancelable after 24 hours. If a order is charged back or sent back with no RA, it will be refused and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Any and all costs of collection will be charged to you.
When your order is reviewed and accepted, you will be emailed a reciept and a estimated shipping date.
We Email you your tracking number when your order ships.
We run all Credit Cards through a 128 bit system by hand So order details and shipping can be adjusted, this adjustment never yields a higher cost to you, it is always a savings on shipping or accessory packages.
We have a VERY STRICT NO RETURN POLICY:
We make several different types of enclosures, there are several people who would like to try them all and send back the ones they dont like.
This is why we provide as much information as possible on the site to answer your questions so you can make the proper decision for your needs. This also Insures you that you will be recieving new merchandise that has not been used or experimented with and shipped all over the country.

All cabs are built to order please inquire about a lead time on your specific cab. There are no cabs ready to ship. All cabs are built to order for each individual client.
We do not have any showrooms or cabs on hand to demonstrate. All sales are made from our website . To order any cab, just simply use the tabs at the top of the page, use the cart system and check out.
We do not sell lease or rent our customer Info, your privacy and security is of utmost importance to us and is used soley to build your order and ship it to the proper location.
We thrive on providing you with un paralleled products and customer service so please rest assured all your questions and concerns will be thoroughly addressed.
All shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed, we do ship international, But will have to email you a quote. We reserve the right to turn on and off international shipping at any time (due to customs)
DIMENSIONS & OPTIONS: Dimensions are not a option. All of our dimensions are set to specification for a very good reason. If you are looking for a particular product or option for a product and dont see it in the cart system or drop down menus, we probably do not do it. Please send us a note through the contact us form as to what you are looking for or have a question about and we will get back to you ASAP.
All speakers loaded in cabs are tested before shipping. We do understand that things can go defective from time to time during the break in proccess. Any defects in any speakers must be reported with in 10 days of recieving the cab. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from if a problem is reported after the 10 day period. EarCandy can not and will not send out "Loaner" speakers or a replacement speaker without recieving the defective speaker first.
